Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales of industrial automation products including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motors, and control panels. The role involves field visits, client acquisition, and order closure with industries, factories, and panel builders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits and client meetings to understand automation needs.
  • Promote and sell automation products and panel solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up to close orders.
  • Maintain client relationships and update CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up to close orders.

Requirements

1–3 years experience in industrial/B2B sales (automation preferred).


Strong communication, negotiation, and technical understanding.


Willingness to travel extensively.
