Shipping & Return Policy – Graven Automation

At Graven Automation, we strive to deliver high-quality industrial automation products with efficient service. Please read our Shipping and Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy 1. Delivery Coverage We ship across India through reliable logistics partners. For international shipping, please contact us at support@gravenautomation.com before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time Standard delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on location and product type.
Custom-built or bulk orders may require additional time. You’ll be notified accordingly.
4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are based on weight, size, and destination, and will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping offers, if any, will be mentioned on relevant product pages.
5. Order Tracking After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
You can track your order via the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.
6. Courier Partners We use trusted logistics providers such as DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
7. Shipping Delays While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or remote delivery locations. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Return & Replacement Policy
1. Eligibility for Return We accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items Custom-built equipment
Opened electronic components
Used or installed automation devices
Items damaged due to improper handling
3. Return Process To initiate a return: Email us at support@gravenautomation.com with your Order ID, issue description, and clear photos of the product.
Once approved, our team will coordinate return pickup or provide instructions for self-shipping.
4. Replacement If your return is approved, we will provide a replacement unit free of charge.
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Refund Timeframe Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
6. Return Shipping Costs If the error is ours (damaged, wrong item), return shipping is free.
If returning for any other reason, the customer may bear return shipping costs.
